Community Series - Progressive Self-Care
The Community Network Council has created a virtual workshop series aimed at helping our neighbors, friends, and families improve their mental health. During our workshops (listed below), we will tackle tough issue such as childhood trauma, suicide prevention, stress reduction, and tools to improve our individual satisfaction with life.
