During this workshop, we will learn about the practice of meditation, and discuss ways in which we can use meditation to calm the mind and reduce stress. We will explore the ways the mind works, and the concept of mindfulness. We will follow up our training with a session of guided relaxation and mindfulness with loving kindness practice. Following our guided meditation, we will have a Q&A session to provide an opportunity for all to gain a better understanding of meditation.
